Sweep Tool

Audio sweep-style layer using filters and noise. Includes a steady bed noise and a cleaner readout.

Virtual Cat Ball

Customizable vibration and motion reaction tool similar to a cat ball style trigger.

Touch Wordboard

Full-screen big-button board designed for touchscreens, with a visible exit path and entry logging.

On-device audio recording using your phone mic. Download files locally. Nothing uploads automatically.

Proximity

Most phones do not expose the true proximity sensor to the browser. This uses a camera-based covered/uncovered estimate.

Light Sensor

Most browsers do not expose lux directly. This uses camera brightness as a relative light estimate.

Device Motion

Uses DeviceMotionEvent and/or supported sensor APIs to detect movement and shake events.

Geolocation

Fetches and displays current location, latitude/longitude, and optional live tracking.

Sensor Permissions Check

Quick check for whether the browser has the permissions needed for tools to run correctly.

Field workflow (suggested)

  1. Start low volume. If using headphones, keep one ear free for situational awareness.
  2. Use short questions. Log the time and your location.
  3. Keep sessions structured: question → 10–20 seconds → note.
  4. If using the wordboard, ask for a single-word response and repeat across multiple sessions.
Privacy: This site does not use analytics, tracking pixels, or logins. Audio is generated on your device. The Recorder tool uses your mic only after you press record and saves files locally for download.
Safety: This is not a certified instrument and can generate audio that resembles speech. If you start feeling anxious or overstimulated, stop and take a break.
